Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order as a guest. At checkout you may choose to create an account, which makes it easier to view your order history and status.
How can I pay?
The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout. They may include online card payment through an authorised processor and cash on delivery. Any fee is shown before confirmation. Poiana Fermecată does not store your full card details.
How are orders delivered?
In Romania, available options may include courier and Easybox delivery when the service is active for your location. For eligible international destinations, the option and price are calculated after you enter the address. The exact available method and cost appear in the order summary.
When do I get free delivery?
The threshold for the selected country is displayed in the basket and at checkout. Romania and international delivery have different thresholds, and delivery becomes free automatically when the eligible subtotal reaches the displayed threshold.
How do I know that my order was registered?
After submitting, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email at the address you entered. If you have an account, the order also appears under “My orders”. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive within a few minutes.
How can I request a return?
You can use the online withdrawal form or send us a clear withdrawal statement. The conditions, time limits, product exceptions and shipping steps are explained in our Delivery and returns policy.
What is the Taste Workshop?
The Taste Workshop is a local gastronomic point operated by POIANA FERMECATA SRL. Its menu features Poiana Fermecată artisan products.
Where is the Taste Workshop?
The Workshop is on Via Muntenia at kilometre 148, 9A Zorilor Street, Bughea de Jos, Argeș County, 4 km from Câmpulung Muscel.
What are the opening hours?
The Workshop is open from 1 May to 31 October, at weekends and on public holidays, with advance booking. Lunch is served at 13:00.
Is booking required?
Yes. Please book at least one day in advance because seats are limited and we cook according to the number of guests.
Is there a varied menu?
Each day has one fixed menu with soup, a main course and dessert. It is announced a few days in advance and changes from one day to another.
Are children’s and vegetarian menus available?
Yes. A children’s menu and a vegetarian option are available.
How much does a menu cost?
Prices are RON 120 per adult menu and RON 60 per children’s menu.
Can private events be organised at the Workshop?
Yes. Birthdays and private gatherings can be arranged. We agree on the menu and schedule together.
What other facilities are available?
The two-hectare garden has grass, trees and forest, relaxation areas and children’s facilities including a sandpit, swings, trampoline, zip line and slides.
What does a perfect day at Poiana Fermecată look like?
We meet for coffee, take a hike, return for lunch at 13:00, visit the production workshop, relax in the garden and choose artisan products to take home.
Where is the Sinaia store?
The Poiana Fermecată store is at 2 Octavian Goga Street, Sinaia, Prahova.
What are the store opening hours?
The store is open Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
Can I taste products before buying?
Yes. You can compare flavours and receive recommendations for gifts, desserts or weekend meals.
Which products are available in store?
You will find Poiana Fermecată jams, syrups, sauces, vegetable stews and other gourmet products. Availability varies by batch and season.
Can I buy gifts directly from the store?
Yes. Our team can help you choose gourmet gifts, Sinaia souvenirs or personalised bundles.
Can I order online if I cannot visit Sinaia?
Yes. Products available online can be ordered from our shop and delivered to your chosen address.
